It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Eugene Shiflet (Beaumont, Texas), born in Boone, Iowa, who passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Linda Shiflet; his mother Madeline Shiflet; his adoptive father Clarence Shiflet; and his grandparents, Robert J. McCord and Vera McCord.

He is survived by : his brother Dean Shiflet of Nederland; his daughters, Melanie Bleuel of Beaumont and Kimberlee Bryant (Barry Bryant) of Beaumont; and his grandchildren, Michael Bleuel, Katie Laura Bryant, Kyler Bryant and Koby Bryant.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (4955 Pine St, Beaumont, TX 77703). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
