It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert W. Olson of Beaumont, Texas, born in Gladewater, Texas, who passed away on July 13, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Wendell Olson and Wilma Elizabeth Fuchs; and his nephew Dr. Michael R. Olson. He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Olson (Ahmed Dogan) and Valerie Olson Monticue (Galen); his grandchildren, Ali Dogan and Ayla Dogan; his brother Dr. David O. Olson (Barbara); his nieces, Dr. Katherine Olson Triska (Jeremy) and Stacey Olson; his great-nieces, Chloe Olson, Layla Olson and Ella Triska; his great-nephew Holden Triska; and his stepson Doug McDaniel.
