It is with sadness that the passing of Stephen Robert Ferris Jr. of Beaumont, Texas is shared. Stephen, born on July 1, 1942, passed away on January 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Stephen will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Stephen by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Stephen is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Stephen’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Robert Ferris, Sr. and Lillian May Drury Ferris; and his daughter Jennie Ann Ferris. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, John Ferris (Kathy), Michelle Dunn, Paul Ferris and Kirk Ferris (Andrea Ferris); his close friend Bella; and his caregivers, Visiting Angels of Beaumont Health Care, P. A. M and Britt Godwin. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great- grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Grean Building (4270 N Main St, Vidor, TX 77662).
