He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Wycoff and John "Red" Wycoff; his siblings, Alice Young, John "Johnny" Wycoff, Jr. and Dwayne "Pop" Wycoff; and his niece Portia Young-Riley.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Wycoff; his children, Angela Wycoff, Felicia Bell-Cormier (Michael), Ashlynn Williams, Cedric Wycoff and Eric Wycoff; and his siblings, Vincent Wycoff (Phyllis), Linda Foutz (Charles), Toni Wykoff-Adams and Cassie Flanagan. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and close friends.
