He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor Jean Ming; his grandson Samuel Thomas Fertitta; and his brothers, Anthony Harry, Frank William and Dr. Carlos Roy.
He is survived by: his children, Karen and Randy (Sally); his cousin Carlogera; his sister Anna Mae Fertitta; his brother-in-law R. T. Fertitta; his son Kevin Henry; his grandchildren, Nicole Fertitta, Luke and Mary Fertitta; his great grandchild Jude; his grandson Tom; his daughter Lauren Jean Lombardo; his grandchildren, Noah, Nathaniel, Sam (Amanda), Jesse and Olivia; his caregivers, Rosa, Erica, Alicia and Zena; Tinsley R. Harrison, MD, Giuseppe and Antonio.
