She was predeceased by: her parent Belvon Brazier; her sister Nicole Nobles; and her mother-in-law Mildred Briggs Benard. She is survived by: her mother Thelma Hope Nobles of Beaumont; her husband Marlin Jeffery Benard; her daughters, Tanai Benard-Turner (Darius) of Houston, April Goudeau (Anthony) of Washington and D. C.; her siblings, Tommy Brazier (Felicia) of Opelousas, Thad Nobles (Mary) of Beaumont, Texas and Stephanie Redeaux (Tee) of Beaumont, Texas.; her grandchildren, Iyanna, Zavien, Dezmond Floyd, Darius Jr., Faith, Alexa and Clarisse Turner; her father-in-law Lawrence Benard of Beaumont; and her siblings-in-law, Dwight Briggs (Sheila) of Sacramento, Ronald Briggs (Regina) of Sacramento, Robert Benard (Carolyn) of Beaumont, Connie Green-Redeaux of Sacramento and Jada Broussard (Cliff) of Beaumont. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
