It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Twalla Earlene Johnson Gentry of Beaumont, Texas, who passed away on April 2, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Joan Odom LeBlanc and William "Bill" LeBlanc; her husbands, Alfred Johnson and Carl Gentry; her daughter Debra Gaspard; and her siblings, Edward LeBlanc, Betty LeBlanc, Lester LeBlanc and Ricky LeBlanc.

She is survived by : her children, Charles "Chuck" Crain (Brenda), Kimberly Wills (Bill), Twalla Lynn Faulk (Darrell), Dana Matte (Keith) and Carl Reid Gentry (Darlene); and her brothers, James LeBlanc and Billy LeBlanc. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Gentry's honor to the LaBelle Baptist Church Building Fund, 9400 FM 365, Beaumont, Texas 77705.
