He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Wallace Proctor, Sr. and Caldonia Bray Alfred; his wife Antoinette Gilbert; his sons, Keenan Proctor and Jason Proctor; and his siblings, Josie Ann Proctor, Sandra Bazile and Johnny White.

He is survived by: his children, Christopher LaDay of Houston and Waleisha LaDay of Houston; and his siblings, Barbra Richardson (Frank) of Port Arthur, Min., Rev. Walter Proctor (Barbara) of Beaumont, W. J, Ananias Bourgeois (JoAnn) of Oklahoma, Reginald Proctor of New Jersey, Kevan Proctor (Sonja) of New York, Leon Jackson (Charlene) of Houston and Sidney Howard of Chicago. He is also survived by Fifteen Grandchildren, two Great-grandchildren; a host of Nieces and Nephews, Cousins.
