She was predeceased by: her parents, Idella Lewellen and William Loren Williams, Jr.; her husband Marcus Marine Grimes; her son Jeramy Wayne Grimes of Jeramy's Law; and her brother Billy Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Renee Friddle of Beaumont, Carmen Grimes of Lumberton and Tony Grimes (Melissa) of Shenandoah, Texas; her siblings, Gwen Cahnnin (Freddie) of Lumberton and Phillip Williams (Mary) of Orange; her grandchildren, David Cardenas, Carlene Tovar, Chase Guillory (Taylor), Seth Roberts, Katie Roberts, Claire Grimes and Samuel Grimes; her great grandchildren, Jayden Marsden, Dez Tovar, Cyrus Tovar, Madilynn Sullivan, Zayne Laird, Lukas Laird, Caron Mooring and Ethan Cardenas; and her great great grandchild Isabella Coffey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Broussard's (1605 N Major Dr, Beaumont, TX 77706). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Dunk Havard Cemetery (588 Elwin Tatum Rd, Zavalla, TX 75980).
