She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Lambert and Emogene Lambert (Mullenax); her former husband William Murphy; her husband Samuel Alexander; her siblings, Earl Jr. Lambert, Richard Murphy, Brud Hodnicki, Sandra Lambert (Susie), Judie Lambert, Wilma Pardue (Wendy), Carol Parsons and Carol Snyder; and her nephews, Bobby Ray, Roger Wilfong and William Hoeffler.

She is survived by: her children, Dan Murphy (Brenda) of Emlenton, Judy Murphy of New Brighton, Paul Murphy (Connie) of Beaumont, Michael Pardue (Marla) of Columbia, S. C., Michelle Rueberger (Brian) of Hermitage, Chaz Pardue (Mary) of Beaver and Rhonda Malkoch of Okla; her stepchildren, Carman Dominguez (Damon), Anthony Alexander, Nicholas Alexander (Krissy) and Samantha Traver (Heath); and her siblings, Francis Maynard, Phyllis Davinson (Bobby), Linda Hodnicki, Bobbie Murphy, Eddie Lambert (Rita) and Jim Murphy (Joyce). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
