He is survived by: his wife Vivian Jackson; his children, Melanie Huggans (Marcus), Denisha James, Tracy Arline, Janice Darby (Ronald), Gloria Kittling (Eldred) and Wilbert Paul, Jr. (Tasha); and his siblings, Gilbert James, Herbert James, Wilfred James (Shirley), Albert James, Jr. (Annie Lee), Mary Lee and Alice Marie Edwards. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
