He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Frances Gulli Conner and William Coda Conner, Sr.; and his sister Darlene Blakesley. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Conner of Beaumont; his children, William Coda Conner III (Alyssa Ellis), Katy Branch (Breeze) of Beaumont, Devon Pattarozzi (Dennis) of Vidor and Christopher Smith (Donnell) of Beaumont; his grandchildren, Corbin Branch, Caine Barclay, Carmyn Barclay, Paige Rains, Noah Rains, Blaine Pattarozzi, Kyrstin Smith, Jaxon Smith and Laini Smith; his nieces, Kim Conner and Christina Kanakis; and his nephew Cody Seay (Lydia Seay).
