He is survived by: his brother John Richard; his children, Shaniqua Richard and Kobrail Bell; his sister Verna St. Andre; his nieces and nephews, Shelton Savoy, Jawanza Savoy, Sohayla Savoy, Nkosi Savoy Sr., Eric Richard and Erica Johnson; his brother Eric Richard Sr.; and his son Eric Richard Jr.. He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, godchildren, relatives, church family, and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Baptist Church - Beaumont (4615 S 4th St, Beaumont, TX 77705). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
