He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Lynch and Lucille Lynch; his former wife Betty Thompson; his wife Pamela Lynch of Bedford; his children, Billy Todd Lynch (D'Ann), Kevin Lynch (Melissa), Jeffrey Barnhart (Marci), Susan Miller and Michael Barnhart (Rebecca); his brother Kermit Lynch; his sister-in-law Marilyn of Oglesby; and his great grandchild Poco. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Martin United Methodist Church or Bedford Citizen's Police Academy Alumni Association.
