He is survived by : his wife Alma Lou Ator Payne of Bedford, TX; his children, Glenn Payne of Keller, TX and Ellen DeLong (Brad) of Colleyville, TX; his grandchildren, Logan Payne, Nathan Payne, Natalie Payne, Preston DeLong, Payton DeLong and Tara DeLong; and his sister LaJuana Payne Bryan of Dallas, TX. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
