She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Simmons and Tera Simmons (Perry); her former husband Pete Monzingo; and her siblings, Mildred Gunter, Floyd Simmons, Frances Vuckovich, Lee Roy Simmons and Dorothy Ballew.
She is survived by: her sons, Brad (Kim Walts) and Ronnie (Teresa Walts); her grandchildren, Kayleigh Garcia, Tanner Walts, Oakley Walts, Raegan Walts, Chase Walts and Logan Kennedy; and her great grandchildren, Noah Jones, Cambren, Cylan and Cadynne Garcia.
