With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of JoAnn Cole of Bedias, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 7, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Seth and Arna Mae Mize Lane; her husband Thomas Arno Cole; her son Timothy Lane Cole; and her siblings, Jerry Lee Lane, Sr., Gerald Wayne Lane, Geraldine Lane Bradshaw and Shirley Lane Lacey.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Wayne (Susan Cole) of Riverside, Joni Lei (Cody Townsend) of Little Elm and John Stephen (Shelley Cole) of Spring; her sister Imogene Lane Robertson; her grandchildren, Joshua Michael Cole (Amanda), Joel Matthew Cole (Amy), Cameron Lane Cole, Landri Lei Townsend, Cason Seth Cole, Caibri Lauren Cole, Drew Thomas Townsend and Tyler Allen Townsend; and her great grandchildren, Layla Mae Cole, Lila Cathern Cole, Nolan Beggs, Cole Beggs and Andrew Beggs. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
