She was predeceased by: her husband Mac McCullen; and her parents, Herman Sandlin and JoAnn Sandlin. She is survived by: her sons, Michael (Sarah) and Jeffery (Kelan) of Tomball, Texas; her grandchildren, Cooper, Gentry of Tomball, Mikey and Isla; and her sister Jeatonne Cates (Gary) of Denver.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to one of Barbara's favorite causes - Shriners Children's Hospital, Animal Humane Society, or MD Anderson Cancer Center.
