He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mayo (Linda Mayo) and Linda Mayo; and his brothers, Timmy Mayo and William "Billy" Mayo. He is survived by: his significant other Michelle Renee Johnson; his children, Deja Fields (Ryan) and Chowan Mayo II (Jessica); and his siblings, Gayla Mayo Thomas, Tammy Mayo-Coston (Quincy) and Tony Arline. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
