Faith Rose-Marie Foitek Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Faith Rose-Marie Foitek of Beeville, Texas, born in Ennis, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 20, 2025 at the age of 21. She was predeceased by: her grandfathers, Nolen Dockery and Jerry Foitek; and her stepgrandfather Lazaro Olivares, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Sharmyn Long Olivares; her stepfather Dr. Lazaro Olivares, Jr. (D. C.); her father James Foitek (Aimee West); her brother Nathan Foitek of Beeville, Texas; her grandparents, Madelyn Becker Long Dockery of Ennis Texas and Sherman; her stepgrandmothers, Joyce Long and Mary Olivares; and her grandmother Mary Rose Foitek. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oak Park Memorial (4599 US-181 BUS, Beeville, TX 78102). A rosary was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (609 E Gramman St, Beeville, TX 78102). A burial was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beeville Memorial Park Cemetery (59 S East St, Beeville, TX 78102).
