He is survived by: his wife Louanna Tapia of Beeville; his children, Gilbert Tapia, Jr. of San Antonio, Micah Paull Meza of Beeville, Noah Paull Meza of Beeville and Dustin Ross Meza (Sarah) of Beeville; and his sisters, Linda Barrera (Ramon) of Beeville and Norma Garza of Beeville. He is also survived by four granddaughters, four grandsons, and two great grandsons.
