He is survived by: his wife Janie Salinas; his children, Denisha Rodriguez (Eloy) and Joey Salinas (Cynthia); his grandchildren, Lauryn Rodriguez, Dannika Rodriguez, Jillian Rodriguez, Jake Salinas, Gunner Fraser and Ryan Salinas; his great grandchildren, Alfonso Rivas III, Alyson Rivas and Aaron Beau Barrera; his siblings, Rosie Hinojosa, Santos Salinas Jr. (Debi) and Tony Salinas (Margaret); and his friends, Gerald Arismendez, Richard Cantu, Derek Franco, Art Gamez, Kenneth Jefferson, Aaron Schmidt and Joe Trevino. He is also survived by numerous extended family members, friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oak Park Memorial. A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 7:00 PM. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (609 E Gramman St, Beeville, TX 78102).
