He is survived by: his wife Kay Mix (Chesnutt); his daughters, Kelly Worley (Tanner), Debbie Kristosik (Joe) and Julie Lepp (Michael); and his grandchildren, Teresa Frailey (Chris), Kiera, Joryn, Keegan, Zane, Zachary, Eric, Jason, Jeffery, Daniel, Tiffani and Amber.
