He is survived by: his wife Laura Z. Rodriguez; his children, Araceli, Loveigh and Marcos Rodriguez; his siblings, Vincent Ramirez (Reyna), Joe Alex Ramirez (Rosie), Richard Ramirez (Jeanelle), Arturo Rodriguez (Susan), Rogelio Rodriguez Sr. (Rosy), Robert Rodriguez (Irma), Bonnie Gonzales (Armando) and Maria Alma Sanchez; and his in-laws, Jose and Janie Zamora.
