She was predeceased by: her parents, Refugio Chapa and Alicia Chapa (Arambilo); her granddaughter Selena Clevenger; and her siblings, Refugio Chapa Jr., Ezekiel Chapa, Felicita Gutierrez and Raymond Chapa.
She is survived by: her husband Johnny Villa; her former husband Juan S. Villa; her children, Rose Mary V. Banda of Beeville, Juan Robert Villa of Beeville and Diana Villa of Beeville; and also, Esther Garcia of San Antonio, Lucia Cisneros (Joe) of Beeville and Yolanda Cortez (Jose) of Beaumont.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Angelus Funeral Home (1100 E Houston St, Beeville, TX 78102). A rosary was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the San Pedro Cemetery (5077 Kinkler Ln, Beeville, TX 78102).
