She was predeceased by: her parents, Sabino Esparza and Maria Esparza (Berlanga); and her husband Rogelio Perez Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Rachel Perez, Romie Salinas, Rebecca Salazar, Ruby (Julio), Ruth McDaniel, Norma Garza, Rogelio Perez Jr., Roberto Perez and Elizabeth Aliseda (Jose); and her siblings, Ramon Esparza, Dolly Cowles and Elida Zavala. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
