She is survived by: her children, Arthur Chapa (Gladys), Elias Chapa Jr. (Anna), Julia Willow (Mike), JoAnn Harris and Rudy Chapa; and her sister Carolina Longoria. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
