He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosa Toubin (Levin) and Sam Toubin; his wife Mimi; and his siblings-in-law, Doris Toubin and Michael Pasternak.

He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey, Robin and Andrew; his grandchildren, Steven, Mollie, Sarah, Danielle, Sam and Peri; his child Jewish; and his brother Jim Toubin. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
