Though Shelby may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She is survived by: her husband James Mangus of Bellevue, TX; her parents, Ricky Brand and Grace MacLeod; and her brother Trevor Brand. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
