He is survived by: his wife Debbie Huggins; his children, Gerald Huggins (Nereyda), Melissa Huggins, Amanda Smart and Lisa Warschak (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Bethaney Wilder (Chris), Brittney Warren, Ryan Huggins, William Monthie, Jackson Monthie, Elizabeth Warschak and Emma Monthie; his great grandchildren, Emma Warren and Jase Huggins; and his siblings, Sara Ann Rogers, Diane Ash, Roy Huggins and Faye Taylor.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bellmead Funeral Home (809 La Clede St, Bellmead, TX 76705). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pavelka Cemetery (760 Pavelka Dr, Mart, TX 76664).
