She is survived by: her husband Gary Smith; her children, Brad Smith (Lisa Kelley) and Ginger Bassham (Leslie Bassham); her grandchildren, Christopher Bassham and Jennifer Bassham Blackburn (Brad Blackburn); her great grandchildren, Brinley Blackburn and Brody Blackburn; and her siblings, Bobbie Martin, Judie Barnard Capps, Berti Dunkel and Orley Hugh Mullens. She is also survived by her family, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Shriners Hospital for Children or M.D. Anderson Hospital in Patsy Mitchell's memory.
