He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Edward Krchnak; and his parents, Ralph Frank and Evelyn Frank. He is survived by: his sister Joyce Krchnak; his wife Cathy Frank; his son Stephen Frank; his daughters-in-law, Paige, Kathryn and Traci; his daughter Nancy Nelson; his son-in-law Bobb Head; and his grandchildren, Thomas, Jake, Kinley, Elizabeth, Isabelle, William, Kyle and Lindsey.
