It is with sadness that the passing of Arnold Insall (Belton, Texas) is shared. Arnold, born on December 29, 1958, passed away on July 4, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Douglas Insall and Glenda Nell Brenegar; his wives, Carolyn Insall and Myrna; and his siblings, Leonard Insall, David Barrett, Lori Barrett and Barbara Insall.
He is survived by: his children, William David Houghton (Michele) of Franklin, Tennessee and Susan Denise Coffey (Billy) of Moffat, Texas; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Sarah Houghton of Franklin and Ricky Gill (Bethany) of Temple, Texas.; and his siblings, Kirby Insall (Tina) of Temple, Texas and Kelly White (Judd) of Abilene, Texas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members along with countless friends.
In keeping with PeeWee's faith and final wishes, the family asks that memorial donations be made with check made payable to the First Baptist Church, place in memo line Apple Tree Project and mail to 506 North Main Street, Belton, TX 76513.
