He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elizabeth Wong Racho; his daughters, Joyce Racho (Janiz Sibayan) and Jackie Racho-Pelias (Edwino Pelias); his grandchild Karenina Racho Pelias; and his siblings, Isabelo Racho Jr., Leo Racho of Florida, Percival Racho of Florida, Nymia Gomez of California and Erminda Pintor.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crotty Funeral Home & Cremation Services (5431 U. S. Hwy 190, Belton, TX 76513).
