He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Eugene and Beverly Olivia Leavelle; and his siblings, Ray, Rodney Leavelle and Jane Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Leavelle; his children, Joe (Melissa) of Lorena, Randy (Susie) of Belton, Sheila Bedichek (Doug) of Coppell and Jason Leavelle of San Antonio, Texas.; his grandchildren, Joey (Jenniza), Mandi Jo, Ben, Mia, Bailey, Braden (McCray), Brooklyn, Luke, Lawson and Leighton; and his sisters, Joyce Fulmer, Betty (Bill Norton), Gayle (Danny Flanagan) and Lisa (Dennis Mauk). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
