It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Richard Hunter of Belton, Texas, born in Greensburg, Indiana, who passed away on June 24, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Elmer Hunter and Edna Marie Hunter (Barnes); his siblings, Sharon McCabe and Steve Hunter; and his great grandchild Carson B Hunter.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Bee Ketchum; his son Richard K. Hunter (May) of Belton; and his grandsons, Christian N. Hunter of Killeen and Michael A. Hunter of Clayton.
