She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Blair and Mary Frances Blair (Tanner); and her brothers, Norman Wayne Blair and Darrell Jay Blair. She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Stallings (Jeff Stallings); her sisters, Linda Kay Edmondson and Shela Gay Bunch; and her grandchildren, Finley Rose Stallings and Harrison Tate Stallings.
