He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramiro Rodriguez and Rita Rodriguez; his daughter Sylvia Elizabeth Rodriguez; and his siblings, Ramiro Rodriguez Jr., Ramiro Rodriguez III, Fernando Rodriguez and Minerva Gonzalez.

He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Rodriguez; his sisters, Dinorah Martinez, Delia Segura and Alma Villarreal; his children, Pedro Rodriguez, Amelia Gamba, Anna Guerrero, Thelma Reyes and Lisa Peterson; and his caregiver Jessica Lehto. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald House Charities, the Make A Wish Foundation, or to any charity of your choice.
