She is survived by: her husband Donald Wayne Levy; her children, Ricky Wayne Levy (Donna Rainey Alexander) of Florence, Texas and Vicki Kay Levy of Nolanville, Texas; and her grandchildren, Stetson Levy (Melanie Cummings) of Elgin, Britney Levy of Belton, Rowdy Levy of Belton and Fallon Levy Perez (Brandon) of San Antonio, Texas. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
