She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hamilton and Linnie Hamilton; her former husband Bill Tutor; her husband Wilbert Ackley; her former husband Tony Culp; her siblings, Earline, Annie Mae and Melvin; her children-in-law, Martha Culp, Barbara Culp and Melvin Harper; and her great grandchildren, Anthony Morales and Chance Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Culp (Jennie), Douglas Culp (Vera), Jerry Culp, Verline Green (Don), Letha Rice (Gary) and Mary Harper; and her grandchildren, Melissa, Cherie, Angela, Deanna, Tanya, Vanessa, Lauren, Gregg and Andrea. She is also survived by 35 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
