He is survived by: his mother Josephine Ruiz of Belton; his siblings, Margarita Aragon of Temple and Abel Ruiz (Paula) of Cedar Park; and his nieces and nephews, Joseph, Nathaniel, Philip, Gabriel, Samuel, Amanda, Jessica, Kaley and Isabelle.
