He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Anne Blass Brown of Belton; his stepdaughters, Joshlynn Luke of Temple and Kendall Blass of Belton; and his sisters, Tommie Tabors of Gatesville and Johnnie Whigham of Gatesville.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Belton Nazarene Church (1701 Sparta Rd, Belton, TX 76513). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery (11463 TX-195, Killeen, TX 76542).
