He was predeceased by: his parents, Leskie Tompkins and Myrtle Tompkins; and his brothers, Gary Tompkins, Kenny Tompkins and David Tompkins.
He is survived by: his brother Tommy Tompkins; his children, Clinton Tompkins (Michelle) and Teresa Tompkins; and his grandchildren, Denise Decker, Corey Pruyne, Brandon Tompkins, Koleton Thorp and Veronica Dossey. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
