He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jess Willard and Allie Bernice Raines Bennett; his wife Janet Rand of Belton; his children, John Bennett (Lindsey) of Garland, TX, James Bennett (Meggan) of Frisco, TX. and Lisa Bennett Drake (Alex) of Dallas, TX.; his sister Pam Burns (Bill); his nibling Leslie Burns; his great-nephew Benjamin Burns of Texarkana; and his grandchildren, Olive, Adam and Samuel.
