He was predeceased by: his mother Willie Mae McClain (Engledow); and his former wife Joyce Lynn McClain (Radney). He is survived by: his father Wayland McClain; his wife Jennifer Ann McClain of Ben Wheeler; his daughter Leslie Hooper of Fort Worth; his stepchildren, Jerry Simcik (Savannah) of Fort Collins, Colorado and Laura Gilchrist (Paxton) of Ben Wheeler; his grandchildren, Alex McClain, Morgan Darnell, Belle Hooper, Jamie, Jenna Simcik, Aiden Ragsdale and Marshall Gilchrist; his great grandchild Atlas; and his siblings, Tony McClain, Sandra Baze (Jeff), Sammy McClain (Shelley) and Richard McClain.
