Cantú (Irene), Valentine Rodriguez, Veronica Cantú, Diana Lopez (Mario), Esmeralda Kilbride and Idalia Hernandes (Jose); his siblings, Julio Cantú and Maria Luisa Hernandez; his grandchildren, Isabella Maria Canales, Paula Eliza Canales, Amber Cantú, Noel Cantú, Noah Cantú, Joseph Cantú, April Lopez, Mario Lopez, Ariel Lopez, Esperanza Lopez, Timothy Cantú, Natalie Burdick, Justin Cantú and Rachael Cantú; and his nephew Donato Cantú Jr.. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
