She is survived by: her parents, Roy Wayne Bookout and Carolyn Paulette Bryam Bookout of Newburg; her husband Monty Crawford of Ft Worth, Texas; her daughters, Savannah Ashcraft of Cave City and Jacqueline Sisk of Southside; her brother James Glenn Bookout of San Diego, California; her grandchildren, Braxten Sisk, Madison Ashcraft, Mia Rae Sisk, Carter Ashcraft, Meadow Ashcraft and Mason Sisk; and her close friends, Penney Smith of Longmont, Kim Wann of Mount Pleasant, Rita Stanyan of Oklahoma City and LaDonna Brock of Hot Springs. She is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
