She is survived by: her husband Herman Skinner; her children, Scott Ratliff (Sheila), Talbert Trafford (Meghan), Kimberly Arnold, Steve Skinner (Tammy), Terry Skinner (Sylvia) and Tonya Skinner; her sisters, Peggy Fix, Alice Phillips and Diana Martens (Don); and her grandchildren, Jessie, Zachery, Haylee, Walker, Ryann, Brock, Braden, Coleton, Cory, Kaitlynn, Courtney, Bailey, Erin, Chance and Kylee. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
