He was predeceased by: his wives, Peggy Alexander Rowley and Sharon Gamblin; his son Robert D. Rowley Jr.; and his siblings, Donald Rowley, Carolyn Ross and Jimmy Rowley.
He is survived by: his daughter Lee Ann Leonard (Billy); his granddaughters, Jennifer Rowley and Crystal Daffan; and his great grandchildren, Tyler Torres and Ashleigh Garza (Isaiah).
