She was predeceased by: her father Ira Zachary (Vernie Lee Stroud); and her former husband William B. Hodges. She is survived by: her mother Nelda; her husband Woody Covington of Snyder Texas; her children, Sherry Bingham of Granbury Texas, John Hodges, Virginia Logan and James Hodges of Burnet Texas; and her sisters, Judy Mullins of Lubbock Texas and Carolyn Hanner of Comanche Texas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
